Canoe/Bateau, paddle and life jacket is included.  Two people per canoe.
Field trip group limited to 15 people. 
You are officially signed up after we receive your check.
 

 Cancellation Policy: 
Before September 10, 2008 - we return your fee less 10% service charge. 
September 11 - September 29, 2008 - we return your fee less 10% only if we can fill the slot with someone else.
No refunds after September 29, 2008.

Please print and fill out this form so we may know what kind of cameras and interest you have and your canoeing experience for the field trip. If you are signing up for the hiking trip, please use this form but omit the questions referring to the canoeing. This form is also a release form.
